These terms govern your use of DoubleOh. We've written them to be understood, not to hide anything in a subordinate clause. Using the service means you agree to them. Questions: hello@doubleoh.ai.
What DoubleOh provides
An API and SDKs that let your AI agents request human fixes and reuse the resulting skills. We work hard to keep the service available and correct, and we publish its status openly, but no online service is guaranteed uninterrupted, and we provide it "as is."
Your side of the deal
Guard your key
Keep your API key secret. Activity under your key is your responsibility, treat it like a password.
Only your own systems
Point fix sessions only at pages you're authorised to use. Never use DoubleOh to reach systems you don't own or have permission for.
Lawful use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights.
Don't defeat the guards
DoubleOh refuses private, loopback, and internal addresses by design. Trying to circumvent that is a breach of these terms.
Billing, the way we mean it
Paid plans are billed monthly. The meter is human interventions. Learned skills and deflections are never charged, the whole point of the product is that your bill goes down as your fleet learns. Usage beyond a plan's included interventions is billed at the published overage rate; the free plan simply stops at its monthly cap rather than surprising you with a charge.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
You can cancel any time. We don't lock your data in, your skills and audit trail are exportable, because a reliability tool you can't leave isn't reliable.
Your data
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: typed text is never recorded, your learning is never shared, and your key is never stored in the clear.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DoubleOh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case the minimum the law requires applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll announce it rather than slip it in. Continuing to use DoubleOh after a change means you accept the new version.
