What's a team fix?
Each time one of your people takes over an agent's screen to do something by hand. Approving or correcting a held action in one click isn't counted.
What's a lesson answer?
Each time an agent handles something on its own from a lesson your team taught it, instead of asking a person. It replaces minutes of someone's time for a few cents.
What happens past the bundle?
Paid plans keep working and bill the extra, so an agent is never stopped mid-task because of a cap. Free stops at its fix cap, since no card was given.
Do you charge for lessons?
No. Lessons are never charged, never shared with other customers, and you can export them if you leave.
Can I self-host?
Yes, free for your own agents under the Sustainable Use License. One container: the app, the API, the agents' browser and its database. See self-hosting.
How do I pay?
By card in the portal. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which Paddle.com, our merchant of record, adds at checkout for your country. See the refund policy and terms.
